Protestant Reggae Ballet

The Treatman Wiesner Dance Project will present an original, full-length physical theatre piece in Artomatic. This interfaith, protest, reggae ballet promotes the acceptance of religious and cultural identity through reform and revolution, while maintaining subcultural identities. The piece, composed in a chiastic structure, features the music of Mellow Dubmarine, a reggae Beatles tribute album, and choreography from Mira Treatman and Corinne Marilu Wiesner.

The Miss Rockaway Armada 

Mira will sing in The East Phaukovian Fire and Ice Brass Band as part of The Miss Rockaway Armada's nautical installation on the Walnut Street entrance of The Schuylkill River. The Armada's residency in Philadelphia is through a collaboration with The Philadelphia Art Alliance.
